Who we are

Bridge to Gaia Publishing ("Bridge to Gaia," "we," "us") operates bridgetogaia.com. You can reach us anytime at info@bridgetogaia.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, and what you share about your work when you submit an application or join our email list, and the contents of any email you send us. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To read and respond to your application, to provide services you engage us for, and — if you join the list — to send you occasional news about our books and the house. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is always honored.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work — our website host and the providers that process form submissions and deliver our email list — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Applications and correspondence are kept while we're in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward. List subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. Write to info@bridgetogaia.com and we will honor your request.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
